The proposed Building Modernization Act brings a central question of the energy transition in the building sector into focus: How can ambitious climate targets be reconciled with economic viability and practical implementation?

Together with representatives from politics, the real estate sector, the energy industry, and legal practice in energy law, we will discuss current developments surrounding the legislation and their implications for investment, planning certainty, and modernization in existing building stock.

The event is aimed in particular at stakeholders in the energy sector, municipalities, and the housing industry, as well as professionals working at the intersection of energy policy, the building sector, and climate protection.
