 Kirsten Roselt

„Europe has set itself the goal of becoming the first climate-neutral continent by 2050. This has profound implications for the property sector. Buildings are responsible for 40% of global emissions. Energy is therefore an integral part of the development, refurbishment and maintenance of real estate.”

Kirsten Roselt is a property law expert and partner at Aecoute°. She specialises in providing legal support for project developments and transactions related to real estate and renewable energy facilities.

Kirsten studied law in Berlin and Münster. She started her legal career on the client side. Until 2014, she headed the legal departments of various national and international project developers and property developers in Berlin and Frankfurt am Main. Since 2014, she has been advising clients in the real estate sector as a lawyer and partner at Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein, based in Berlin and Frankfurt am Main.

With her extensive experience and expertise, Kirsten Roselt advises companies in the real estate and energy sector on complex large-scale construction projects and residential buildings, on the construction and refurbishment of high-rise office buildings, hotels, shopping centres, factory outlet centres, logistics properties and senior citizens’ properties, clarifies issues relating to securing land for photovoltaic and wind power plants and supports PVA and wind power plant transactions.
